Emergent:
Advanced labor
Cord prolapse
Trauma or injury
Motor vehicle accident
Fall
Violence
Abuse
Vaginal bleeding with or without pain
Chest pain / some cyanosis
Depression with homicidal / suicidal ideation
Preterm labor (29-36 weeks)
Urgent:
Vaginal discharge
Slow watery leak or sudden gush
Light to dark green or brown fluid
Decreased fetal movement
Sever headache, blurred vision, N/V epigastric pain
History of hypertension, swelling (hands, face, feet)
Pain and burning with urination
Fever, chills, flank/back pain
